Multiple Solutions, in collaboration with the MS Society SA & NT, has been selected to deliver disability employment services in the southern Adelaide region, for the next five years, under the Australian Government’s new Inclusive Employment Australia model, from 1 November 2025.
This outcome acknowledges the organisation’s shared commitment to supporting people living with multiple sclerosis, disabilities, work injuries, or illness, to help them find and sustain meaningful, long-term employment opportunities.
Multiple Solutions specialises in tailored case management, including career planning, workplace adjustments, on-the-job coaching, and post-placement support, and will continue to deliver these services under the new contract in the South.
Multiple Solutions will continue to deliver specialist services from its offices in Brighton, Noarlunga, and McLaren Vale, ensuring that people with disabilities, work injuries, or illnesses in the southern Adelaide region have ongoing access to personalised, high-quality employment support.
As part of this transition, services will cease at Mile End, Modbury, Elizabeth, Kilkenny, Salisbury and Port Adelaide from 1 November 2025.
Although we were unsuccessful in securing funding for the northern region, no region will be left without access to disability employment services as other providers will begin operating in these areas to ensure continuity of support.
Our priority now is to ensure the staff at the closing sites feel supported and valued during this transition period. We’re also helping all impacted staff with obtaining employment or redeploying into one of our southern sites.
We’re also working closely with participants and employers to ensure they remain supported throughout the transition and can continue working toward their employment goals with confidence and care.
Additionally, the government will notify participants directly of these changes, ensuring they are fully informed about the developments and the support available to them.
This renewed partnership comes at a critical time. Under the Australian Government’s Inclusive Employment Australia framework, the sector is focused on ensuring all Australians who want to work have access to quality employment support services.
The combined expertise of the MS Society SA & NT and Multiple Solutions delivers exactly that: services underpinned by a deep understanding, local insight, and sustained care.
