We are pleased to announce that the formal process of acquiring the assets of MS Society SA and NT (MS SANT) has been successfully completed. As of Friday, 7 November, MSWA and MS SANT is now officially operating as a singular entity.
This marks a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to supporting people living with MS and other neurological conditions across Australia. By bringing together the resources and experience of both organisations, MSWA and MS SANT can ensure continuity of vital support and services to the community.
MSWA is in a strong position to extend support, thanks to the generosity of our donors, volunteers and lottery supporters. We want to reassure our supporters that funds raised in Western Australia will continue to benefit people with MS and other neurological conditions living in WA, while future fundraising in South Australia and the Northern Territory will directly support local services to ensure a sustainable future in both regions.
The dedicated team in South Australia will continue to operate locally, supported and managed by the team in Western Australia. Our continued focus is on ensuring that every person living with MS in SA and the NT receives the support they need, while working to secure stability of neurological care in both regions.
