Free Counselling Sessions for People Affected by MS, their families and carers

At the MS Society SA and NT, we are committed to advocating for and educating our community about multiple sclerosis (MS). We know that MS impacts not only individuals but also their families and carers, which is why we’re excited to partner with Flinders University to offer free counselling sessions for our clients, families, and carers.

Final-year Master of Counselling (Behavioural Health) students Tehreem and Rob have been providing valuable counselling support to help manage stress and anxiety, coping with life changes, building emotional resilience, and navigating the challenges of living with MS.

The sessions will be held at our Kilkenny and Brighton offices or can be accessed through telehealth and video conferencing, ensuring everyone can receive support, no matter their location.

These confidential sessions are designed to provide a safe space for individuals to discuss their emotions and gain practical tools to manage their mental wellbeing.

This partnership with Flinders University perfectly aligns with our mission to work alongside organisations that provide valuable support to those who need it most.

To book a session, contact MS Assist at 1800 812 311 or email msassist@ms.asn.au.

We’re proud to continue empowering our community, working together to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by MS.
