FREE COUNSELLING SESSIONS – AVAILABLE NOW

We’re pleased to be working with the Flinders University once again, to offer free short-term counselling for clients, carers and family members.

These sessions will be provided by two Final-year Master of Counselling (Behavioural Health) students, John Kaimins and Priyanshu. John and Priyanshu are eager to gain experience while also providing valuable support to you all!

All counselling sessions will be confidential and not used for educational purposes.

Key details:   

  • Sessions will be available from Mid-March
  • Limited to 10 weeks (the duration of the placement)
  • Sessions will be hosted at Kilkenny and Brighton office, or via telehealth and video conferencing

Our counselling students can provide support with:

  • Managing stress and anxiety
  • Coping with life changes and challenges
  • Emotional wellbeing and resilience
  • Navigating the impact of MS on daily life
