Double Your Impact: MS Mighty Swim Announces Dollar Match Day

The MS Society SA & NT has announced an exciting opportunity for supporters of our landmark 20th anniversary Mighty Swim event. This Saturday, February 1, every donation made will be doubled thanks to a generous anonymous donor who has pledged up to $10,000 in matching funds.

Starting at 7am Saturday, all donations to the MS Mighty Swim will automatically be matched dollar for dollar until the $10,000 pledge is exhausted. This means a $50 donation becomes $100, and a $500 donation transforms into $1,000 worth of support for South Australians living with multiple sclerosis.

“This is an incredible opportunity for our community to maximise their impact,” said Sarah Fitzharris, Chief Marketing Officer at MS Society SA & NT. “Every dollar donated during our match day will provide twice the support for essential services like nursing care, physiotherapy, and wellness programs.”

The dollar match initiative comes just one week before the MS Mighty Swim’s 20th anniversary event at Unley Swimming Centre, where teams will participate in a 24-hour swimming relay to raise funds and awareness for multiple sclerosis.

To have your donation doubled, visit www.msmightyswim.com.au between 7am and 11:59pm on Saturday, February 1, 2025. All contributions, regardless of size, will be matched while funds remain available.
