Multiple Solutions has been helping South Australians with their specialist employment needs since 1992. Multiple Solutions was formed under the auspices of the MS Society SA & NT but provides support to job seekers with a range of unique needs.
Our Employment Solutions Team supports people living with a disability, illness or injury to find and maintain employment. We do this through bespoke case management which identifies skills, experience, interests and attitudes to employment. We then work with both our job seekers and employers to source or create suitable job roles for our job seekers and support all parties involved.
Following job placement, Multiple Solutions consultants deliver intensive post placement support on a weekly basis and ongoing support as required to ensure participants are able to maintain their employment long-term.
What’s Changing?
From 1 November 2025, the Disability Employment Services (DES) program will be replaced by a new national employment program called Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA).
This reform, led by the Department of Social Services (DSS), is designed to improve employment outcomes for people with disabilities, injuries, or health conditions by providing more tailored, flexible, and person-centred support. It reflects a strong focus on inclusivity, dignity, and long-term career success for participants.

What Does This Mean for You?
If you are currently participating in DES through Multiple Solutions, there is no immediate change. The current services will continue as usual up until the official transition date in November 2025.
Once the Inclusive Employment Australia procurement process is finalised, participants will receive detailed information directly from the Department of Social Services or their provider.
Multiple Solutions will be with you every step of the way, offering clear communication, personalised support, and practical help to ensure a smooth and stress-free transition into the new program.
